Bunco at Suzanne's

Besides Bunco, Suzanne had a chocolate fountain. Naturally, we all had to try it!

Vina

On the Sunday after Suzanne's bunco, Sandy, Tina, Suzanne, Maureen, and I went to Vina to the New Clairvaux Winery. It is just north of Chico. Tina was in charge of directions. We managed to find the place in spite of that. She has to be in charge of something else next time.
We tasted 8 wines. After tasting, we made some purchases then had a picnic on their table outside. They put a tablecloth out for us and even loaned us their wine glasses.
We walked around the grounds and then headed back home. We made a quick stop in Gridley for the bathroom and a pottery place that was closed by the time we got there.
Oh, we did go by Sandy's to see her new front patio! It looks great. That is one reason we wanted to look at the pottery. She wants garden art to put on her new patio.
I thought this was a relaxing way to spend a Sunday.

February Friday Night Bunco

Finally I made it to the blog. I thought it would take me longer to get it set up. It was a breeze really. Sorry I missed Bunco last night. I had a lot on my plate last night. I was wondering if the trip in April was chosen last night. I told Suzanne that I was in either weekend. I hope Sandy got the email with the rental place in Truckee. Truckee Mountain Vacation Rentals. I told her to look at the pictures of the 4 bedroom house on Swiss. I think if you all go to it you will see that it is really a cool house although I hear that it books up fast. It is probably within 1 mile of the Tahoe Donner Ski Lodge so we may be too late. I think they would be able to find something comparable. Also did you guys discuss the cabin in Arnold. It is only about 2 - 2 1/2 hrs from here. You can get there going thru Jackson or going to Stockton and cutting over. That one would be free. Hope you all had a good time. I missed you guys. I really could have used a couple of shoulders to cry on last night. Who knows I may still need them later on.

Finally I figured out how to get on this blog! This is a great idea. Diane thank you for creating it! Now I will have to figure out how to post a photo!

SUHS Wall of Honor

OK, it has been months since I posted here but I do want you all to see the Wall that is in the high school library. Thanks to you for telling me some of these names. I do have calls in to other parents and more pictures on the way. I will post updates as more pictures come in.
