Great idea!

Hi Diane,
Wow, what a cool idea! I meant to post sooner, but just didn't get to it until now. Thanks for posting the pictures. Hopefully some of the other girls will post. This is actually the first time I've ever used or accessed a blog, so I will have to do some experimenting. I will post this message and then come back later and post a new one. I want to see if I did this correctly.

See those links to the right? They just "appeared". Last night when I was tying to get this thing going I had to have hit some button by mistake. I want to get rid of them so if someone can figure that out, I'd appreciate the help.

Houseboat trip

As usual, we met in the Starbuck's parking lot. Here we have Suzanne, Sandy, Glenn, and Wendy arranging/rearranging our supplies for the one day trip to the houseboat. We brought enough to stay a week!
Not to worry Suzanne, your beer will fit into the car along with the food, towels, floaties, sunscreen, reading materials, and whatever else we thought we would need. With two cars going up, we had just enough room for everything and ourselves.
Well, what do you think Val is saying?
Sandy, Wendy, Suzanne, Jody, and Val having a light snack just before a couple of great games of Chicken Foot Dominos. Val brought a new game. It has shapes similar to Tetrus but you play it on a board. First one to use up their shapes while blocking other players from using theirs is the winner!
Another reason to go on the houseboat trip-make sure that floating cooler hadn't sprung any leaks! It did not. This was taken from upstairs at the back of the houseboat. They floated around like this and toured the houseboats in the marina. I did eventually join them.
There was a slight breeze that day. The water was a bit chilly when you first got it. It wasn't a scorcher like the previous year.

I was going to post all the houseboat pictures-5 of them, but I cannot get this crazy thing to cooperate with me at the moment. I will come back tomorrow and start again. In the meantime, I will e mail all of you with instructions on how to get to this place. Then, you will have to figure out how to make it work for you. Have fun. Keep us all updated right here.
